Product Description

R200 grade is a specialty product of Hyosung, South Korea, designed for precision injection molding processes. This grade has a melt flow index (MFI) suitable for molding thick and durable parts and is at the level of world standards in terms of physical properties, stability and final quality.

Homopolymer polypropylene has higher heat resistance than polyethylene due to its regular linear structure, and is therefore an ideal choice for applications that require higher thermal and mechanical durability. Hyosung PP both supplies and produces this grade, and this polypropylene has a wide range of uses compared to the other 5 types.

In addition, polypropylene raw materials are produced in this factory by the propane dehydration process and Japan’s HYPOL technology, MITSUI Petrochemical Company’s advanced UNIPOL catalyst technology are used. Features of Polypropylene R200

Polypropylene R200 made in Korea in 25 kg packages which is widely used in the industry in the manufacture of various types of pipes and fittings for cold and hot water and sewage.

These materials have good resistance to pressure, impact and heat.

This grade of polypropylene imported from South Korea’s Hyosung and KOSPOL. This random copolymer of polypropylene PPR does not mix well with natural resins and colored masterbatches due to its high molecular weight and high melt viscosity. Therefore, during pipe production, we recommend using colored grades.

Grades  PPR200-4702, PPR200-4703, PPR200-4704, PPR200-4713, PPR200-4783, PPR200-4813, PPR200-4815 are all green.

PPR200-2702 is white.

PPR200-5702 is blue.

PPR200-3702 is gray.
