Polyvinyl Chloride E7244 PVC is a polyvinyl chloride with the abbreviation PVC, one of the most widely used plastic raw materials that has many applications in various industries, which is among the most widely used industries in the polymer materials group in the construction industry. Other uses of this material include CNC machining and plastic injection, the clothing industry, and 3D printing.

Polyvinyl chloride is a type of dry plastic that is produced from crude oil derivatives and chlorine gas during the polymerization process. An important feature of polyvinyl chloride is that it has a melting temperature of 100 to 260 degrees Celsius, and it has very high tensile strength and density. It also shows good resistance to chemicals and bases.

This material has different grades that have three important properties. Among their properties are molecular mass, which becomes shorter with increasing temperature, molecular weight, and the length of its polymer chains.

The size of the polymer particles, which is determined under turbulent conditions in the reactor, and the porosity of the particles, which is an important and effective property in end applications, which is controlled by two factors: temperature and the addition of surfactants.
