Lightweight polyethylene LH0075
Polyethylene LH0075 or Material 0075 is a film grade lightweight polyethylene. This grade has good mechanical properties and is used to produce food, pharmaceutical, shrink and industrial packaging films, as well as pneumatic molding of small bottles.
Sometimes instead of hydrogen atoms in a molecule (polyethylene), a long chain of ethylene is attached to carbon atoms, called branched polyethylene or light polyethylene (LDPE); Because of its larger volume, its density has decreased.
In lightweight polyethylene, ethylene molecules are randomly attached to each other, creating a very irregular appearance and shape.
