These materials are made by copolymerization of ethylene and vinyl acetate and its properties vary according to the contents of vinyl acetate. Ethylene vinyl acetate is available in the form of transparent granules in 25 kg packages in LOTTE and HANWHA brands. Advantages:

It is the best raw material for foam and has a gloss, transparency, and remains strong at low temperatures. It is resistant to UV rays, is well resistant to tearing, and has waterproof properties.
EVA is competitively added instead of rubber, and vinyl products are used in many electrical appliances.
EVA emulsion is used for adhesion properties.
EVA is used with resin and wax additives to make thermal adhesives.
EVA is used for children’s playground foam.
EVA foam is used in ski boots – hockey pads – boxing gloves – and fishing lances. It is popular with shoe and sandal manufacturers because it is lightweight, odorless, has a glossy surface and is very affordable.
EVA VS430 is an engineering plastic and does not harm the environment when burned.
EVA is used in industrial coatings, laminates, and in the film industry and has a high resistance to brittleness
