ABS-N70

ABS manufacturer or ABS is a thermoplastic with amorphous structure, the most important features of which are high strength and resistance to impact and heat.
This polymer consists of acrylonitrile and styrene, whose polymerization reaction takes place in the presence of polybutadiene. ABSs are found in two general categories: extrusion and injection.
By changing the ratio of polybutadiene to other acrylonitrile and styrene, desired changes can be made in the properties of this polymer. For example, by changing the amount of this material, the strength and impact resistance of the polymer can be affected.
ABS are produced in 50 grades, ABS resins are easily molded by injection, extrusion and pneumatic methods, and their final product is structurally stable and has a glass surface.
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene N70 is an ABS grade extrusion.

Features ABS-N70

Its most prominent features are high impact resistance, scratch resistance and temperature resistance.

ABS-70 grade is domestically produced and is produced by Ghaed Basir Petrochemical.

Application ABS-N70

Its general applications are in home appliances, car parts, telephone components, etc., but the most important application of this extrusion grade is various types of profiles.
