How ABS is produced

ABS can be produced in a variety of processes and methods. In a mechanical copolymer method, buta-DNA-acrylonitrate (BAN) is mixed with styrene-acrylonitrate (SAN) copolymer. What matters is the different ways in which SAN is mixed with polybutane DN.

Copolymerization of styrene and acrylonitrate is usually achieved by combination with polybutane DNA. Each of the different methods used leads to the production and supply of a polymer with much better and higher properties than polystyrene.
