Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) is a high molecular weight engineering polymer that can be used in the manufacture of automobile parts, electrical and electronic components, and industrial equipment.

Application of PBT relative to its molecular weight can be in molding and extrusion. Low molecular weight PBT is mostly used in injection molding while its high molecular weight is used in extrusion and blow molding.

Polybutylene terephthalate 5020 is a polybutylene terephthalate with good rigidity, processability and chemical resistance.
