In this article, we are going to briefly talk about linear low density polyethylene 209AA.<\/p>\n

Amirkabir’s 209 products are produced in two types: linear low density polyethylene 209AA and linear low density polyethylene 209KJ which the first type is examined in this article.<\/p>\n

Linear Low Polyethylene 209AA<\/strong><\/p>\n

These materials are one of the polyethylene grades, and due to their low density and having a linear polymer that has a number of branches, it is placed in the group of linear low density polyethylenes.<\/p>\n

Polyethylenes are divided into three main categories: high density polyethylene (HDPE) \u2013 low density polyethylene (LDPE) – linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE).<\/p>\n

Features of Linear Low Density Polyethylene 209AA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Polyethylene 209AA has a transparent granular appearance. The tensile and impact resistance of linear low density polyethylene is higher than its low density type. It is possible to produce blown films in this grade, but it is not an easy task.<\/p>\n

Another feature of this polyethylene is higher tensile strength, better sealing. Linear low density polyethylene is superior to low density polyethylene in terms of mechanical properties.<\/p>\n

Application of Polyethylene 209<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because of its special characteristics, polyethylene is mostly used in the production of food and industrial packaging films.<\/p>\n

Linear low density polyethylenes are also used in making plastic films such as freezer bags due to their low density and linear molecular structure.<\/p>\n
